INGREDIENTS
4-5 lb beef brisket, in two pieces, well trimmed of visible fat
Seasoned salt (I use Penzeys 4/S Seasoned Salt)
2 enormous yellow onions, peeled and thickly sliced
1 bay leaf
12-15 black peppercorns
1 bottle dry red wine
