INGREDIENTS
1c (80g) oats
1/4 (23g) unflavored or vanilla whey protein
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs stevia
1/2c (124g) reduced sodium cottage cheese
3tbs (46g) liquid egg whites
1tsp apricot extract (can sub with vanilla)
1/2c (113g) jarred peach, apple, apricot baby food (all natural) can sub with unsweetened applesauce, but this combination of fruits gives it a nice sweetness
1/2c (112g) fresh plums, chopped
