How To Make cretan summer salad with figs & goat’s cheese

1Combine the chopped salad greens, carrot, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, dill and parsley in a medium sized bowl.

2Drizzle over the olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Season well with salt and pepper and gently toss.

3Arrange the salad onto a serving dish and sprinkle with the crumbled goats cheese. Serve immediately.
