4 pounds pork baby back ribs

salt and pepper

garlic powder, onion powder (about 1/2 teaspoon each)

For the Sauce: (OR USE YOUR OWN FAVORITE BRAND BBQ SAUCE)

2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce (I used 1 cup honey barbecue and 1 cup sweet vidalia onion)
•
1 cup ketchup
•
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
•
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
•
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
•
2 teaspoons dried oregano
