INGREDIENTS

1 C. warm water
•
1/2 C. sugar
•
1 T. yeast
•
Mix the above and set aside to let soften.
•
1/2 C. instant potatoes
•
1/2 C. warm water
•
Mix the above and add to the yeast mixture.
•
1 tsp. salt
•
1/2 C. shortening
•
2 eggs, well beaten
•
2 C. flour
•
Add the above and beat until smooth, about 3 minutes.
