I wanted to make a raspberry vanilla ice cream milkshake but had no milk. I decided to use what I had on hand and this is how my sons and I got to enjoy this delicious drink that is like a milkshake but so smooth like a smoothie. So creamy and not overly sweet and perfect for these hot summer days or just anytime you want something cold to drink. The flavors come together so well. Enjoy!
