6 ozvanilla greek yogurt (i prefer oikos)

8 ozsilk vanilla soymilk

1 1/2 Tbspvanilla protein powder (i use designer whey)

1 tspchia seeds
How to Make Power Smoothie
- add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
