Phone rang and I didn't get to enjoy this right away while it was still frosty - it was nonetheless yummy when I did get to it.

DISCLAIMER: This recipe is not original to me. I do not know how I came by it. Just wanted to share it with friends. Enjoy. I keep fresh pineapple chunks and very ripe banana chunks in the freezer. You may use canned pineapple but it will not be as sweet as fresh. Pick the ripest pineapple you can find. The riper, the sweeter. The sweetest is near the bottom. Great for breakfast or as a satisfying snack or dessert, this luscious whip rivals the original with no sugar added. NOTE: You will need a very powerful blender to puree all that frozen fruit.
