I wanted something that would have more fruit, yogurt and be a healthy drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    blueberry/pomegranate juice
  • 1 small
    container blueberry yogurt, 6 oz.
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2-3
    ice cubes
  • 1 tsp
    honey for some sweetness or 1 tsp of your favorite jam

How to Make Carol's Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until all is blended. Serve and enjoy!!
  3. Hint: Most any other fruits may be used with similar matching yogurts. juices, even white grape juice. I also like raspberry yogurt, raspberries, and cran-raspberry juice. Just tweak to your own likeness.
