Ingredients For bren's berry smoothie

  • 1/2 bunch
    organic parsley - washed
  • 1/2 c
    fresh organic wild blueberries
  • 1/4 c
    frozen blueberries (to help with consistancy)
  • 1 sm
    piece of ginger root (about 1/2 inch) - cut finely to reduce shreds or
  • 1/4 md
    lemon (rind included) - seeds removed
  • 1 c
    almond milk

How To Make bren's berry smoothie

  • 1
    Place parsley, blueberries, ginger and lemon in the blender. Start with 1/2 cup of almond milk and blend on high gradually adding more as needed until a thick creamy smooth consistency is reached. Serve immediately as this is best when it is fresh.
