When my husband and I were in to weight lifting we used to make these for meal replacements...We always drank them after our work outs...They are so good and are Lactose free....They are great for anytime of the year great...I would do them in place of breakfast or lunch and after work outs..He would fix me one in the morning for me on the way out the door to work....You can leave the protein out of them if you are worried about a weight issue..The protein is to help you build muscle...You can use Myoplex Lite in it....This is my recipe and no one else's.....
