I just had a End of Summer Garden Party and was thinking about what I wanted to serve for drinks. I tend to get a little nostalgic when sipping on some refreshing lemonade that I had to add it to the list. Not only that, it looks like Summertime, doesn't it?! So, this is a recipe that I kicked up a couple notches for those who love the tart taste of lemon & a little pucker in the lips.
All the while, sittin' back listening to DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince....Summertime! Yeah, we are making sure we enjoy the last days of summer... up here in the great state of Ohio.

How To Make summer time lemonade
Mix well your Country Time Lemonade and water in a large bowl. Then add the pineapple juice and 1/4 cup of lemon concentrate. Taste and see if it's to your liking then if you like it more tart add another 1/4 cup of lemon concentrate. Ladle enough of the mixture into 2 ice cube trays and freeze. (You can also make a ice ring if you need this to stay really cold.) Refrigerate the remaining mixture till ready to serve.
Set up your platter with grapes and lemons. Then add your punch bowl to the center. Add the frozen ice cubes & frozen lemon rings.
Poor the remaining chilled mixture over the top. Then add your 1/2 liter sprite and slice up 1 or 2 more lemons to float on top right before serving. (The aroma of sliced lemons is so refreshing.)
It's a must to put on some great tunes such as DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince...Summertime while sipping on some refreshing Lemonade. Great song! I'll attach it above in case you haven't heard it before. :-)
