In the summer, I thought of making lemonade but I wanted something better than regular lemonade. Strawberry lemonade was too sweet for me. So, I decided to make my own lemonade - orange lemonade!!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 4
    orange slices,1/2 thick
  • 4
    fresh lemon slices,1/4 thick
  • ·
    ice cubes

How to Make Orange Lemonade

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, and sugar.
  2. Blend well to dissolve sugar.
  3. Squeeze the orange juice.
  4. Add orange juice. Mix well and chill.
  5. Place ice cubes, along with 1 orange and lemon slice, in each of 4 tall glasses.
  6. Pour chilled lemonade over the over the ice and citrus slices.
