This cinnamon extract can be used on anything that call's for a cinnamon flavor. It does not take much.

Ingredients For cinnamon extract by eddie

    long cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle
    kentucky gentleman burbon whiskey
  • 1
    empty bottle

How To Make cinnamon extract by eddie

    Take the empty bottle and sterilize.
  • 2
    Put The 5 cinnamon sticks in the empty bottle.

    pour in the Bourbon whiskey over the cinnamon put on cap.

    Put the whiskey in a dark cool place for at least 2 weeks.After the 2 weeks take out the cinnamon sticks and discard and put 1 fresh cinnamon stick in the whiskey.

    Seal and keep in a cool dark place. Use for anything that calls for Cinnamon
