Echinacea and Yarrow have simular actions , some have better sucess with echinacea and som have sucess with yarrow.

My advice is if echinacea works keep usung if not try this tea.

How to Make Yarrow tea for the colds and flu season

Step-by-Step

  1. In a pot of 6 cups boiling water add 1 cup yarrow leaves.

    Cover and steep 10 minutes, Strainb and keep hot in a thermos.
  2. Rest in bed, drink 1/2 cup of tea every hour. If necessary repeat the next day.
  3. When going after your own yarrow in the wild be careful queen annes lace looks very much like yarrow. Yarrow is the one that even after first snow it is sttill waving it's blooms.

    Queen Annes lace is very light and airy with it's blooms like angel wings.

    Yarrow is denser and has lots of tiny flowers put together.
