Happy New Year to everyone...what a fun time to reflect on last year and yet at the same time looking forward to the new year 2013. I have really been deep in thought about a necessity for our home to make great efforts to drink more water. So, I must spruce up the water any way I can, so it encourages my husband & I to hydrate and nourish our bodies with the one most single important item that we need most. Water...water...water....give me water and some yummy fruit and I feel like I am on vacation! The ladies at my party I had today just loved this water!

Slice up your pineapple anyway you want. Place the down in your jars with a small pinch of peppermint leaves. Now, muddle your fruit and mint. I just used my wooden spoon to get out some of that wonderul flavors of pineapple and peppermint. Now, add your unsweetened pineapple juice and sweetener too. Next fill the glass to the rim with your ice and then finish with your filtered water. Stir this up a bit and pull up some fruit into glass so that it blends well through the water. Add a straw and your ready to drink one delicious glass of fruit water. I made this today for a party and the women just loved it. Now I did 1 quart and 3 smaller jars. Use whatever you like but I was having a "spa" party and this was a great refresher after our massages. Here is a link to the other water I made today too. https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/drink/non-alcoholic-drink/raspberry-lime-water.html?p=2
