This is so refreshing on a hot summer day. If you want to dress this up for a party, put a lemon slice, a strawberry and a lime slice on a skewer and lay on top of the glass. It also works well if you want to add vodka to make a mixed drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 8 oz
    strawberries, fresh or defrosted
  • 1 bottle
    ginger beer
  • ·
    lime twist for garnish

How to Make Ginger Lemonade

Step-by-Step

  1. Add can of defrosted Lemonade concentrate and strawberries to a blender, and puree on high until well blended.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice. Add enough concentrate to make 1/3 glass. Divide one bottle Ginger Beer between two glasses, add lime twist and serve.
