Ingredients For blueberry honey vanilla sodas

  • 1 1/2 c
    blueberries (or any berry)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • club soda

How To Make blueberry honey vanilla sodas

  • 1
Simmer berries, water, honey, vanilla, and lemon over low heat for about 20 minutes. When berries are all soft and mushy, pull from heat, and carefully and thoroughly mash berries with a potato masher.
  • 2
Place a mesh strainer over a glass jar.
  • 3
Working in small batches, pour berry mixture into strainer and mash all juice out with a big spoon.
  • 4
Keep all the berry bits to spread onto a toasted English muffin or to stir into your yogurt! I love that this is a double whammy!
  • 5
Spoon about 1 1/2 TB into a tall glass filled with ice, and top with club soda. This works great for champagne spritzers too.
