Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 qt
    apple cider
  • 1/2 large
  • 2 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/8 c
    brown sugar
  • 6
    whole allspice berries
  • 1/8 tsp
    cardamom seeds (or 8 whole pods, crushed)
  • 1
    inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 stick
    cinnamon, 3-inches each
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 10
    whole cloves
  • 1
    whole star anise

How to Make Slow Cooker Spiced Cranberry Cider


  1. Put all of the ingredients into a 3-qt Slow Cooker and stir. Cover with lid and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Ladle into mugs through a small strainer (to strain out whole spices and cranberries).
