I make this every winter for all of us to drink that have colds. It is also nice to serve to those members of my family that do not drink coffee or tea. The children love this warm as well. It can be made and poured over ice during the spring and summer months. My husband believes it breaks his colds so he does not suffer as long. He often will give this to a friend at work that is suffering..
