Another Austrian coffee specialty which maybe is not quite as popular as Kaisermelange or Fiaker or Maria Theresia. The base for this is the so called "Einspänner" which is a little espresso with LOTS of whipped cream on top. I post this as German recipe because JAP does not have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

  • 1 Tbsp
    cognac (1 shot)
  • 1/4 c
    whipped cream

How To Make louis xiv coffee

    Brew espresso
  • 2
    Add 1 shot of cognac
  • 3
    Top with whipped cream (1/4 cup, it must be more cream than coffee)
