I usually add the toasted coconut chips just because I like the added flavor. A bit of dried pineapple is really good for flavor also.
I find all the ingredients I need at Natures Market or Whole Foods.

·(optional) toasted coconut chips, for flavor
How to Make Herbal Tea for a healthy Me
- Mix all elements according to taste.
- Grind in a coffee grinder or with a mortar & pestle.
- Store in a tea container.
- Use about ½ tablespoon per cup to brew.
