How to Make headache tea formula

Step-by-Step

  1. mix equal amounts of the herbs wrap 1 1/2 table spoonful of them in cheese like cloth or use a tea strainer ( the book doesn't say what to use it seems to want you to pour the water directly over the herbs)
  2. seep in 1 1/2 cups of Hot water for 3 to 5 min.
  3. Pour half cup of tea on a wash cloth and throw it in the freezer til cold.15mins give or take. While you wait for that sit back or lay down and finish the tea. add honey if you wish
  4. Take cold compress and place on you head where ever pain is and relax for 15 mins more.
  5. With any luck your headache is gone and you feel refreshed and ready to restart your day
