fiaker coffee

This is one of the many Austrian coffee specialties. It is said that this was a brew to keep the Fiakers (the coachmen of the fiacres) warm during the cold winters in Vienna. To keep the heat in the brew and prevent the alcohol from evaporating, it is topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream, and the coffee then is sipped through the cream - don't stir to mix it! JAP doesn't have "Austrian" recipes, so I made it German because I had to choose something, but of course it is Austrian!!
