almond milk (or whole milk but it will raise the calories to 224)
splenda (or any other sweetener)
How To Make
First you gather all your ingredients.
Then you add banana, strawberries, milk, and splenda to blender.
Lastly, you blend (liquefy) on high for 1 minute. (or until smooth)
