Ingredients For vanilla cream float

  • 1 1/2 pt
    vanilla ice cream, the best quality you can get
  • 2 c
    cream soda
  • 1 fresh vanilla bean, optional but nice

How To Make vanilla cream float

  • 1
    Place 1 large scoops of ice cream in the bottom of each of four 8-ounce glasses or 2 16 ounce.
  • 2
    add some of the soda and mix until smooth and creamy. Add another scoop (or 2) of ice cream. If using vanilla bean, scrape out seeds from 1/2 of the bean and add to the glasses. Fill with as much cream soda as possible.
