Ingredients For pumpkin pie frappé

  • 4 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond silk milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup sugar (or splenda)
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • dash or two of nutmeg
  • dash or two of cinnamon
  • 3 cups ice
  • refrigerated aresol whipped cream (garnish) optional

How To Make pumpkin pie frappé

  • 1
    Place ice in blender (I use a Vitamix); add all ingredients except whipped cream.

    Blend until smooth.
  • 3
    Pour into mugs or glasses and top with whipped cream (optional) and an additional sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
