  • ·
    4 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • ·
    1 cup brewed strong coffee
  • ·
    1/2 cup almond silk milk
  • ·
    1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ·
    1/8 cup sugar (or splenda)
  • ·
    1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ·
    2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ·
    dash or two of nutmeg
  • ·
    dash or two of cinnamon
  • ·
    3 cups ice
  • ·
    refrigerated aresol whipped cream (garnish) optional

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Frappé


  1. Place ice in blender (I use a Vitamix); add all ingredients except whipped cream.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into mugs or glasses and top with whipped cream (optional) and an additional sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
