ginger juice, yemen
Ginger Juice is a spicy juice with a unique flavor. It is definitely not light-tasting, but you might consider it refreshing and invigorating. It has medicinal properties, such as the ability to soothe an upset stomach or to ease cold symptoms. Traditionally, it is often served as pure ginger and water with a good amount of sugar; however you can experiment by mixing in another fruit such as lemon, pear, apple or carrot. You will need to juice the fresh ginger. How much juice you get out of it depends a lot on how large the ginger is.
