I've made several variations, but this is my favorite. This is my "go to" when I want a taste of summer, romance, or just want to smile. I've used peach schnapps too, but always fall back to my favorite, which is a true peach liqueur, Marie Brizard is my choice, but there are others. In the winter use frozen peach slices, or canned cling peaches in their own juice. I prefer the frozen, and it keeps the cocktail cold. Raspberries fresh or frozen, I've alternated between them, and it's all good and makes an elegant presentation. I've made this for my daughters and girlfriends, who love it.
