This is so good and so pretty! It's bright blue and the grenadine makes a bright red layer at the bottom of the glass! Be sure to serve it in a glass martini glass to get the great effect!

I usually make a pitcher of these (about 10 martinis) and keep them chilled until ready to serve and then add the grenadine.

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except grenadine in shaker and chill.
  2. Serve in martini glass.
  3. Add the grenadine and it will sink to the bottom.
