How to Make Sunny Deck Drink Essentials: Gin Rickey

Step-by-Step

  1. PREP/PREPARE
  2. All your ingredients should be cold, so stick them in the fridge for an hour or so before making this drink.
  3. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
  4. Add some cracked ice to a cocktail shaker, then the gin and lime juice.
    Shake four or five times.
  5. PLATE/PRESENT
  6. Divide between two glasses, add the club soda, and garnish with a lime slice. Enjoy.
  7. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
