Prichard’s mango rum and sweet Tennessee peaches, makes a hometown favorite that Merchants in Nashville, puts to work in a cool Southern Mojito with lime juice and fresh mint. Sip it on the porch in place of your usual sweet tea.

Ingredients For southern mojito (tennessee)

  • 2 oz. cruzan mango rum
  • ½ small ripe peach
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 3 – 4 oz. club soda

How To Make southern mojito (tennessee)

    Blend the peach and rum in a blender and set aside.

    Muddle the mint leaves and juice of ½ a lime. Add the club soda and rum/mango mixture. Add a bit more club soda if needed so that the mixture is not too thick.

    Gently stir. Pour over ice in a tall glass and stir again before serving. Garnish with mint.
