6 ounces grapefruit juice (per glass)

2 ounces vodka (per glass)
How To Make salty dog

1Pour coarsely ground salt onto shallow plate. Rim outside of glass well with the juice from a slice of grapefruit. Now dredge the rim of glass into the salt. Add ice and pour 3 parts grapefruit juice to 1 part vodka. Stir with a cocktail stirrer and serve promptly.
