Once in awhile I end up with a collection of partial bottles of various liqueurs that I bought to make a certain recipe and then there they sit. So the Mad Scientist comes out and I experiment, This is one of those experiments. It reminded me of those hard raspberry candies at Christmas.

1 ozlimoncello liqueur

2 ozcranberry juice cocktail

ice

champagne, well-chilled
How To Make raspberry christmas candy cocktail

1Fill cocktail shaker half full of ice. Pour in chambord, limoncello and cranberry juice; Shake vigorously.

2Strain in a tall stemmed glass and top with chilled champagne.
