This is my favorite Long Island iced tea. Many years ago, I switched out the lemon juice, in an old recipe from Mr. Boston, for the sweet and sour mixer, and it was love! You must sip this slowly though. It's so smooth and delicious you'll be tempted to drink it like regular iced tea, but if you do, it'll kick your rear end, lol!

vodka
1/2 oz

gin

sweet & sour mixer, or more to taste (i like mr. & mrs. t's)

cola

How To Make long island tea - t's fave

Combine all ingredients (except cola) and pour over ice in a highball glass.

Add cola for color. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
