cold espresso
1 oz

irish whiskey
1/2 oz

coffee liqueur (like kahlua or tia maria)
1/2 oz

irish cream (like bailey's or carolans)
1 scoop

vanilla ice cream (or coffee ice cream)
1 dash

simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
