very simple to make. i work at a bar and came up with this for a girl that comes in wanting a coffee flavored drink. she was getting tired of the same thing all the time so i tried this out on her. i dont like coffee but i like this drink. very simple to make.

Ingredients For chilled irish coffee

  • 1 oz
    patron xo
  • 1 oz
    baileys irish cream
  • 12 oz
    glass
  • 1/4 c
    crushed ice
  • half and half
  • cocktail shaker

How To Make chilled irish coffee

  • 1
    take a 9 oz glass and add ice to it.
  • 2
    pour patron xo and baileys irish cream to it.
  • 3
    fill remainder of glass with half and half.
  • 4
    pour out of glass to cocktail shaker and pour from that back to the glass until well mixed and a little frothie on top. pour back into glass and serve. you can garnish with well ground up coffee beans or leave as is
