These are not your old college days "jello shots" in the little plastic cups - these are their grown-up versions. I serve several different colors and flavors at all my events and supper clubs just to get things started on the right note!

How to Make Butterbeer Jello Bites


  1. Pour soda in medium saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin; allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vodka and schnapps.
  2. Pour into standard glass loaf pan; put into refrigerator until set. Cut into small squares.
