This is a light, crisp, refreshing beverage - perfect for summertime!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A refreshing twist on sangria. We loved the tart flavor hibiscus tea gives the cocktail. With the blueberry juice not being overly sweet, it's a great complement to the sweeter riesling. This will be great at your summertime BBQ and pool parties.

Test Kitchen Tips
This recipe definitely serves a crowd. It easily cuts in half (which we did do in the Test Kitchen) if you're looking to make less.
  • 1
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
  • 2
Combine wine, cooled tea, rum, juice, and berries. Stir.
  • 3
    Serve chilled, over ice. Enjoy!
