This indulgent treat is easy enough to prepare for friends and always gets rave reviews. Hubby and I just love to spoil our guests with mouthwatering good mixed cocktails. Is there really any better way to catch up than over some scrumptious frosty adult beverages? Raspberry Margaritas, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pineapple Margaritas, and this recipe are just a few of our go to spring and summer entertaining cocktails.

  • 2 medium
    ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c
    coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    white rum
  • 2 c
  • ·
    lime twist (optional garnish)
  • ·
    maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

How to Make Banana Daiquiri


  1. Add the bananas, coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, rum, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime twists and maraschino cherries.
