Chocolate Raspberry goodness in an adult beverage. This is an after dinner cocktail I created. It’s a tasty way to end the evening or anytime. The chocolate syrup and whipped cream add the finishing touches to this decadent drink. Enjoy!

Ingredients For frozen raspberry hot chocolate cocktail

  • 3 Tbsp
    hershey’s special dark cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk or half and half
  • 1/2
    shot chambord raspberry liquor
  • 1
    shot raspberry vodka
  • chocolate syrup
  • 8
    icecubes
  • 1
    scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream optonsl
  • whipped cream

How To Make frozen raspberry hot chocolate cocktail

    Mix 1/4 cup milk with cocoa and sugar.

    Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from oven and stir.

    Pour into blender with 1 cup of cold milk, chambord, vodka and ice.

    Pulse until ice is chopped

    Squirt a little chocolate syrup on the inside of a glass.

    Pour frozen chocolate into a glass . Place a scoop of ice cream and then glass optional. . top with whipped cream.
