this is a great recipes for someone who's Diabetic or watching there fat and sugar intake.this taste great! I have no idea what the calorie count is .this recipes is from Jello if you go to the Jello web site it may list the calories.

Ingredients For low fat watergate salad

  • 1 pkg 4 oz
    sugar free fat free pistachio pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) c
    crushed pineapple in juice undrained
  • 1 c
    or 8oz vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2-4 oz
    or 1 cup thawed cool whip fat free topping

How To Make low fat watergate salad

    Stir together dry pudding mix,pineapple and yogurt in large bowl until well blended

    Gently stir in whipped topping cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
