When I was growing up my great grandmother would always make this with a nice warm vanilla sauce. Yummy

Ingredients For grape nut pudding

Add scalded milk to cereal. Soak until cool. Add sugar and yolks of eggs. Beat and stir in whites just before baking. Bake at 350o in a pan of water (like a custard) until knife inserted comes out clean.
