1% low fat milk
2 pkg
(4 serving size each) vanilla pudding mix
1 c
brownie pieces, cut into 1- inch chunks
2 c
sliced fresh strawberries
1 c
fresh blueberries

How to Make Berry Brownie Pudding


  • 1Add milk to pudding mix and prepare according to directions on box (instant pudding may be substituted).
  • 2Place half of brownie pieces on bottom of a medium glass bowl and layer with half of vanilla pudding, 1 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of blueberries.
  • 3Repeat layers with remainder of ingredients.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
  • 4Note:
    If fresh berries are not in season, you can use frozen berries that have been thawed.
