Ingredients

  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 pt
    heavy cream, whipped
  • 8 oz
    package cream cheese,softened
  • 1 pkg
    4 serving size vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 pt
    fresjh strawberries,hulled and halved
  • 8-10
    grahm crackers, use more or less if neeeded

How to Make Upside Down Strawberry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. In medium bowl beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese till creamu and add pudding mix,milk ,sugar and lemon,beat till smooth.
  3. Add whipped cream and stir till well blended.
  4. Place straberry halves in bottom of 9" pie plate and cover bottom.
  5. Spoon cream cheese mixture over strawberries and top with crumbled grahm craackers mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cover and Chill.
