Ingredients For pumpkin pie

  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    cloves
  • 2
    eggs
  • 15 oz
    pure pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1
    9 inch deep dish pastry shell

How To Make pumpkin pie

    Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.

    In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in dry ingredient mixture. Gradually stir in canned milk.

    Pour into shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
