This recipe was given to me by an older friend of mine. I was skeptical at first but I get more requests for this at the holidays than any other.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    margarine, melted
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1(8oz.) can(s)
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornmeal
  • 1
    pie crust (9 inch) unbaked

How to Make Pineapple Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust.
  2. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
