    nutter butter cookies finely crushed
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    cool whip whipped topping thawed and divided

    Mix cookie crumbs and the butter together and then press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch plate.

    Beat the next 4 ingredients in a medium size bowl with a mixer until it is well blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cool whip and spoon into the crust.

    Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Top with remaining cool whip.
