This is absolutely amazing! If you are a peanut butter lover, you have to try this recipe. The filling, even before freezing it, is so delicious, you could simply use it as a dip for cookies or graham crackers. Or use the filling to make graham cracker sandwiches, frozen or not. A great treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • 1
    prepared pie crust, graham cracker or chocolate (9 inch)
  • ·
    grated chocolate (optional)

How to Make No Bake Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  2. Beat in peanut butter and milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Top with grated chocolate (if desired) and cover. Freeze until firm.
