How to Make Mock Caramel Pie
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Crumble biscuits in medium sized baking dish.
- In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat, stirring constantly, bring evaporated milk, butter, brown sugar and cream to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
- Pour mixture evenly over biscuits. You may need to let your biscuits "soak" for a few minutes. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
